Web Starter — Terms & Conditions

1. What's included

A 3-page website (for example Home, About, Contact), template-based and mobile-responsive.
A one-time professional design & build, included free (normally valued at S$800+).
Hosting on our Singapore server, free SSL (HTTPS), and a domain (.com or .sg).
A contact form.
Ongoing content updates under the fair-use policy in Section 2.

2. Content updates — free vs. chargeable

Included free — each month	Chargeable — quoted first
Up to 2 minor updates per month: text edits, swapping an image you provide, updating prices, hours or contact details, adding or removing a few lines (each up to ~30 minutes).	New pages, layout or design changes, and new sections.
Correcting an error we made — always free.	New functionality (booking, payments, e-commerce, integrations).
Requests by email or WhatsApp, completed within 2–3 business days.	Copywriting, image sourcing or editing, logo/branding, SEO or advertising.

The monthly allowance does not roll over to the next month.
Additional minor edits: from S$25 each.
Larger or project work: from S$60 per hour, always quoted and approved before we begin — you are never billed by surprise.

3. Term, renewal & payment

A minimum term of 12 months, paid annually in advance.
Automatically renews at S$388 per year — a flat price, with no introductory-rate increases.
You may cancel by giving 30 days' notice before your renewal date.
If payment is more than 14 days overdue, the website may be suspended until settled.

4. Domain

Your domain (.com or .sg) is registered in your name or business and renewed as part of the annual fee.
.sg and .com.sg domains require Singapore eligibility (for example a Singapore-registered entity); you confirm you qualify.
If you cancel, you may transfer the domain to another provider and take over its future renewals.

5. Your content & responsibilities

You provide the text, images and logo for your website, and confirm you own them or are licensed to use them.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your content, including prices, offers and claims.
To keep the build on schedule, please provide your content within 14 days of sign-up.

6. Hosting fair use

Web Starter is designed for a standard small-business website with reasonable traffic and storage.
It excludes heavy applications, large video or file hosting, bulk email, and any unlawful, adult or infringing content.
We may contact you about upgrading if your usage materially exceeds fair use.

7. Design, revisions & intellectual property

The initial build includes one round of revisions.
You own your content and final page copy. We retain ownership of the underlying template and framework, licensed to you for use while your subscription is active.

8. Not included (available as paid add-ons)

Additional pages · e-commerce · custom features or integrations · copywriting · logo & branding · professional photography · SEO campaigns & advertising · separate mailbox hosting. We are happy to quote for any of these.

9. Cancellation & your data

If you do not renew, your website is taken offline at the end of the paid term.
A copy or export of your website and content is available on request.
The one-time design fee is waived at sign-up; fees already paid are non-refundable once work has begun.

10. Support, service level, liability & governing law

Support is provided by email and WhatsApp during business hours (Monday–Friday), on a best-effort basis.
Hosting is provided on a reasonable-effort basis; no formal uptime guarantee (SLA) applies at this tier.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the current term, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
